Using This Site

The pages here describe our local SEO and Google Maps service for roofing companies. They are general information. Nothing on this site is a contract or an offer at a fixed price.

Use the site for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt it, copy it wholesale, scrape it, or submit false information through the audit form.

The Free Audit

The free Maps snapshot is a review of your Google Business Profile and your position in the map pack for your city. It is based on what we can see at the time we run it. It is our opinion, not professional advice. You are not required to buy anything to receive it.

The Service

Our service is described at /services/local-seo/. In short, we manage your Google Business Profile and the local SEO work around it. We take one roofer per city.

Billing

The full local SEO audit is a one-time fee of $499, paid before work starts. Monthly optimization is from $999/month on a quarterly contract, invoiced at the start of each quarter. It renews at the start of each quarter until cancelled. You can cancel at any time by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the quarter already paid.

No guarantee of rankings

We cannot control Google. We do not guarantee any ranking, map pack position, number of calls, or number of leads. We describe what we do, and we do it. We do not promise an outcome.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate business information
• Give us access to your Google Business Profile and website when needed
• Follow Google's policies, including its review policy, in anything you do on your own
• Pay invoices on time

Our responsibilities

• Do the work described on the service page
• Follow Google's policies in everything we do on your behalf
• Hand back full control of your accounts when the service ends

The text and layout on this site belong to Fort York Digital. You may share a link or print a page for your own use. Republishing content elsewhere without written permission is not permitted.

Where we link to another site, we do so because it may be useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

Limitation of Liability

We provide this site "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Ontario. This is not legal advice. Ask a lawyer if you need one.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.
